When installing stainless steel flanges, ensure the flange face is clean, the gasket is correctly placed, and the bolts are tightened evenly to prevent leaks. During operation, the flange connection status should be checked regularly, especially in environments with significant temperature or pressure variations. Using suitable bolt and gasket materials that are compatible with the flanges can further improve system reliability.

While the initial cost of stainless steel flanges may be higher, their durability and low maintenance needs reduce long-term repair and replacement costs over extended use.
